I have what says on the engine a xlch, this is a 1964 sportster, I was told that it was not called "xl" in 1964. Has the motor been changed ? Is it a 1964? Is it a 1964 xlch? What the ? Is the dude wrong?

I believe there were two models, the electric start XLH and the kickstart only magneto spark XLCH with the C standing for "Competition" model.
