MOTORCYCLESUPERSTORE IS A FRAUD. They will not post negative reviews. Here is my story: Bought a Saddlemen HC-1700 trunk on 3/16/2012, it fell off mounting base 20 days later on a 50 mi stretch of I-70. They REFUSE to warranty it unless I risk my life to recover it from a 70 mph freeway. I posted several negative reviews on their site and they will not post them. Look on their site and you will not find any negative reviews.
I do not recommend buying from these unscrupulous punks.

Arnott Industries (air ride suspensions) do hold up their warranty but it takes an act of congress to get your product and their employees talk to you like you are an idiot! We wont be purchasing anything else from them and I really hope the product I still have doesnt factory defect the way the first one did!

Lads and ladies
They are not the only one... my 18 month old Triumph striple developed rust in the fuel tank... and despite the dealership putting in writing to me that they took a 'wild guess' as to the reason they still refused to honor the warranty... check out the full story at https://www.change.org/petitions/tri...-with-the-bike what a crock!!! oudahere |
