Mar 10, 2006 — LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Hells Angels has sued Walt Disney Co., claiming that a planned movie about a group of motorcycle riders called "Wild Hogs" infringes on its trademark name and skull logo.
A Disney spokesman said the suit was without merit.

I believe the HA's have Disney by the balls on this one. The HA's have their logo and patch copyrighted to prevent this kind of infringement.

You have to laugh in a way. If there's a dollar to be made out of anything and everything, then not even Bambi's inventors are safe. Ohh i know it's a copywrite thing, but it still has a funny side. Imagine HA's chasing Bambi yelling " this is our patch".

HA vs. Disney

I think the HA's have every right to sue Disney. If the Boot was on the other foot, I'm sure Disney wouldn't hesitate on sueing the HA's for copywrite infringement!! :eek:
