05 Gsxr1000 Sprockets
 

I currently have 44 teeth vortex aluminum sprockets but they're almost done for. The dude at the tire shop said go with metal cuz they last longer. Given that I don't really ride that hard, what would y'all suggest I go with, brand, type, etc.? Is there really that big difference in wearntear/mileage between metal and alu? Thanks.
