1st bike-FZ6 or SV650S???
 

I'm a first time rider looking to buy a bike. I've been to several dealerships and have been looking at The 2007 Suzuki Sv650s and 2007 Yamaha FZ6. I'm torn between the two bikes and was wondering what would be better in the long run. I don't mind leaning forward on a bike, but for some reason I get nervous having my feet behind me on the bikes (like the GSXR's). I want something that handles well, has a decent amount of power for driving around town and on the freeway, comfortable for long bike rides with friends, reliable, and looks cool. I'm open to any suggestions you guys might have, including other bikes then the two I have been looking at. I would like to stay at or under 1000 cc's. Thanks for the help!

Wife had a SV650. She really enjoyed it. Great bike
