Who makes Widetired Rubbermounted Softail Frames??

Been looking for rubbermounted softail frames, haven't seen anyone who makes them though.

I would think that companies like AIH, TITAN, etc, would make rubbermounted softails...

try arlen, they have a rubbermounted Y2K frame which is a softail
