Lost of new posts around, little bit different in find them though. You can hit the "new posts' link on the top toolbar and it will show you all the posts that are new since you visited last. I should have the new front page of the site up soon, lots more to do when I get that up.

Plus.....IT IS SUMMER.....most everybody is out riding.

Take care Tom.

No rain this weekend in IA for a first this spring. Hope it's nice all week as we are headed down to KC on the bikes on Friday. Hope all are getting the miles in as well!!

I was surprised!!! I have the forum saved in my links and hit it to come and see what has been going on and no forum! It did give me a link to get to biker Forums tho and hit it and wa la, there it was. I had to re-sign in...thank goodnes I remembered my passwaord!

I have been out break'n in my new '05 K1200LT. The little lady surprised me with the new bike!! The upgrades are mostly aesthetic...new dash config, new frnt fender, added lift bar on top box, slight power increase ect. ect. but the biggest change is the rake and trail of the front wheel, makes for easier slow speed turns ;).

Anyway, I took a little trip yesterday on her and went form here in Daytona to Tampa - Clearwater. Total of about 345 miles :D . Ran into a giant storm on the way home. The kind you have to follow the tail lights in front of ya and hope they are on the road! The bike handled flawlessly and I still contest it is the bike for me. ;)

Still love the LT and all the expense is far surpassed by the pleasure of riding such a fine machine!
