I got a hyper charger put on my bike when I changed out the pipes(cause shop overnighted wrong air filter and I got it for $100 off)
you cant just slap one on you will need to rejet and in your case might need a module put on (mine is carbed not fuel injected)
to be honest they look neat but had I not gotten the deal I don't think I would have put it on for the 2-3 HP I picked up.
I had to replace it once (warranty) cause the darn thing stuck open
it smelled like I was running racing fuel in higher elevations it was so rich

hey xanax - the bike you put the supercharger on, it was a 750 shadow? i had no idea further carb mods would be necessary, or having it retuned or whatever. they dooo look bad *** on the side of a bike, this much is for sure..!

Hypercharger Air Cleaner
http://www.jpcycles.com/productgroup...3-E5F6A78FA8E0

Since their introduction in 1992, the Hypercharger has been widely recognized as one of the most cost effective performance modifications available. Increased horsepower comes from simply letting the engine breathe. No decrease in longevity of drivability should be expected after normal, careful installation and proper jetting. Aside from the desirable gains in performance, the Hypercharger is one of the most striking enhancements you can make to your bike. The cases are beautifully chromed with trap doors and butterflies available separately in a wide array of colors. These kits contain an all chrome Hypercharger and the mounting kit for a complete, sanitary installation.
