Hi, I am 26 years old, but have only been riding motorbikes for a year, I am the proud owner of a Kawasaki zx6r Ninja.
I hope to be going to florida for Daytona bike week, so i'll need plenty of advice as I want to hire a bike,

If you want to hire, do it well in advance. Also check if your motorcycle endorsement is actually accepted over here. You never know... Age-wise you should be ok though. I don't believe they rent to under 25s..
