Default The Laughing Man has come seeking help

Greetings, fellow bike freaks, my name is... well, let's just say you can call me Laughing Man. I have been going from site to site and opening up threads for one soul purpose... I need help.

To be a bit more specific, I need help in how to go about making my dreambike, which has been my single motivating purpose in life since i was 8.
That dreambike the kick-*** bike ridden by Kaneda in the movie AKIRA.

Some of you might not have a clue what i'm talking about, others who do know probably think i'm insane for trying, but if you have anything at all to say that might be of help (i.e. recomendations for good performance parts, whether or not I should build from scratch or start with an existing bike, and any information that hardcore fans of the movie might posess that could help in my endevour) it would be eternally appreciated.
