Default new bike,big headache,wont start

hi all,just after some help bought brand new bike in the box, assembled it last night, filled it with petrol and it started straight away(well chuffed),but went to start today and nothing, been all over it and spark plug not firing tried other plugs still nothing any1 got any ideas,was hoping to be on the road monday

There are a few things I would try...

Check the ignition coils for proper resistance, testing procedure varies from bike to bike, but you can probably find that in the manual.

Check your distributors/signal generators for proper performance, again you can probably find the procedure in the manual.

As an afterthought, you are sure that current flows from the battery right? Do you get a reading close to ~12 volts when you measure the voltage across the battery?
