I have an apartment that will sleep 4 for sale or rent during the 9th week of the year (Bikeweek). It is at the Catalina Beach Club, a newly renovated timeshare that is probably the best managed timeshare in Florida. It is on the 4th floor overlooking the beach. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a queen fold out couch. There are two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi. It has a full kitchen and dining area. A balcony extends the entire width of the apartment and overlooks the beach. There is a swimming pool, exercise room, game room, wi fi and assigned parking.
