Let's see how many Deuce owners there are out there from Arizona.

That's a pretty specific request you posted there. I don't know if any AZ Deuce owners are around here...but if you run into any...tell 'em to stop on by...and then you'll have lots of company.

Where you at in AZ? I've been all over that great land, and have family is spotted places. Welcome to BikerForums, don't be a stranger. Enjoy yourself, and post a little bit about yourself.

Tucson is killer. I have a cousin in Scottsdale, too hot as well. Tell me you don't burn up when you're out riding.....ever have days it's 'too hot to ride'?

Too hot to ride? Never! As long as you get out early in the morning and are home by 10:00-11:00 it's not too bad. But when it hits anything over 100 degrees you get seriously dehydrated on long rides. We normally head South or North into the mountains early in the morning during the summer. But the ride home in the afternoon can be brutal. Especially with the stop and go traffic going through town. The engine heat from my Honda Shadow was hot. But nothing like my Deuce. It's a cooker!

Our normal riding season is basically over. In a few weeks we'll have to contend with the monsoon rains which can show up in the mid afternoon. I got caught in one last summer. It was a bitch to put it mildly.
