Unhappy Cocky Kit Bike By James' Custom From Midwest Motorcycle Supply

HAS ANYONE OUT THERE HAD PROBLEMS GETTING ALL THE PARTS TO THEIR BIKE KITS? I ORDERED AND PAID FOR MINE IN MAY 2003,THAT'S OVER 4 MONTHS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE ALL THE PARTS. I LIVE 1500 MILES AWAY FROM THE DEALER.THE DEALER BLAMES THE SUPPLIER AND THE SUPPLIER DOESN'T DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC. ANY IDEAS?

If I were you, I'd document what has happened in a very detailed manner. I'd then contact the dealer everyday and document what is said/promised. If you don't see any progress, contact the Better Business Bureau for that area. (and tell the dealer that you're doing that)

If the better business bureau doesn't get a flame under their ***, depending on how much they've shorted you.....contact a lawyer.

Where is the dealer located at?

Sounds like an interstate mail or wire fraud in the making. Penalties are very severe. I don't think it pays to make extravagant threats etc... But there are federal agencies that will take an interest if you feel strongly about it.
