S&S throttle cables

S&S throttle cables
I have a bigdog motorcycle 117" with a S&S super E carb. on it. I am wanting to install a Mikuni HSR 45 does anyone know if the S&S carb cables will work on the Mikuni? I know the Mikuni carb cables will us stock Harley cables not sure about S&S carb cables.
