Default ST1100P Bearings (SKF)

Hi,
I've been waiting on bearings here in Ireland from Honda for over two months.
Looking for somewhere else to get SKF bearings for a '94 ST1100P Pan European.
Any help on this would be brill.

Well I know SKF has american facilities cause my dad used to work at one....in fact if anybody has bearing from the PA USA facility from the years 78-79 you have a piece of my family history with you. My dad lost his finger there and it dropped into a oil cooling vat - since it was harmless to the oil they left it there until the yearly drain.

Sick story...and it doesn't help you out at all.....but......well.....I'm rambling. Hope I made somebody laugh at least.

Mongo,

Classic - just what I needed before heading home - a hearty laugh.
Hope you don't mind me asking - which finger?

Thanks a mill

Right index finger - Dad always used to tell me he lost it picking his nose.

Glad I got a laugh out of you - good luck with that bearing.

Lightbulb st1100 bearings

try this for your tapered roller bearings, I'm assuming for the steering head. Found it on another site. www.tfd.com/~cbr/
I was jotting down sources for stuff for ST1100's cuz I'm gonna buy one at the end of next season. What yr is yours and have you had any problems? Any comments on the bike?
