Mongo

I'm very pleased with how this forum is going. We mainly started it as a place we all motorcyclists could hang out, bs...and get to know some more people. This will never be a commercial site, and don't intend to ever sell anything or advertise...just a place for people. As others have mentioned, the vibe here on the forums is great and I hope it continues this way....just some good ole people hanging out here I guess.

As for when BikerForums.org actually started: We actually started the forums on Feb 26, got the technical stuff going on about the 1 of March...and started working on layout and graphics. Really we got rolling about the 15th of March...and I started posting messages on some other forums I'm a member of. Some took that well, some didn't, oh well.

Other than posting those messages, we haven't done any advertising or search engine submissions (which is our next thing to do). Right now, we're trying to stir up some interest for our harley giveaway, and we're trying to figure where to target people for that. We already have the bike ready (pre-order) and just need to sell a bunch of tickets to benefit our choosen charity for this year.

So, there ya go....a little update spiel on bikerforums.org. I'll try to post messages like this every month. If anybody has any questions, just give me a holler at mongo@bikerforums.org
