Thumbs down This Bites!

Well, it's Friday, and that can only mean one thing.....it's gonna rain tomorrow. AGAIN! This weather in the northeast really sucks. We've still had frost (and temps in the low 30's) in the morning, as recent as yesterday. And now we're in this bullshit weather pattern of getting rain every friggin' weekend. Man, I hate this ****. As if we didn't put up with enough this winter, now we get screwed with a lousy spring. I don't know why the @#$% I continue to live here. Might as well buy a Beemer and a rain suit. OK, I'm done. Had to get that off my chest.

Hey Junkyard, if you get tired of the rainy crap, move on down to Texas. Pretty good weather lately to get and enjoy some ridin'. It has rained here some but not enough that you can't enjoy getting out. Our parking lot here at T.I. in Sherman has been full of bikes lately. Come on down and enjoy some of it. Sunshine, 70's and some clouds. It's supposed to rain Sunday sometime, but that's ok with me because I don't have to work.

Been to Texas several times on business, and it was pretty nice. One thing I do know is, when I'm old enough to retire, NJ can kiss my *** 'cause I'm outta here! High taxes, ridiculous car / motorcycle insurance costs, through the roof real estate prices, etc etc. You can't afford to live here unless you pull down some serious coin. And on top of all that, the weather is **** for a good 7 months out of the year. I told my kids, when you're done with school, run and don't look back!

I was also depending on a good spring for my new business. Of course, it would be the opposite.

Only good part is when the weather does break, there will be bugs everywhere! Too much rain not to have them.

But other than that, yeah, it sucks.

Maybe you gentlemen should have your bikes checked out. Mine runs fine in the rain. Are you bikers or guys with bikes? LOL Just playing. It sucks when the weather ruins your days off. Maybe good days will come soon. Take Care and Be Safe.

The first thing I bought after my leathers was a rain suit. I always seem to need it too but it was one of the best investments I made.

See, now living down here can change all of that!!!! There are many things that are not that expensive here. My insurance is cheap for my bike, taxes aren't bad, not too bad on real estate I guess. I haven't looked at that in a long time. Benefits here are numerous. Pack the family up and come on down. You'll love the riding weather. You gotta come check out all of the lake scenery here. Oh Yeah, lots of lakes to visit here. Several bike shops too. Dallas isn't too far from anywhere you live here. It's Sunny here today.

Well, it seems I was bitchin' for no reason. The jackass weather forecasters finally made a mistake in the right direction. The weekend turned out dry (finally), and I got a nice ride in on Saturday. I don't know why these morons can't give an accurate forecast even 12 hrs. in advance. Got to be a great job though. Make as many mistakes as you want, and you don't get fired.
