A woman was comin' up in her years so decided to get a little 'nip' & 'tuck'. She went to a local Plastic Surgeon who'd been highly recommended. He said have you heard of this fantastic knew option called "The ****?" She said "No, what is it?" the Dr. says "Well we surgically place a small **** on the back of your head, and every time you see you have a few wrinkles, you just give the **** a little turn and voila', wrinkles gone!" So a few years go by and the woman returns to the Dr. with a new problem. She says " Well Dr. the **** has worked beautifully, just as you said, but I seem to have develped these bags under my eyes and the **** does not help?" And He says, "Those are not bags, those are your Tit's!" And She says..."Well that would explain my gotee"....
