Myself and my girlfriend voted yesterday.

With the results this morning, I feel sick to my stomach. We'll be paying for this one for a long, long time coming.....

That's another frustrating point.

We all know that they could devise a system that would put an end to all this, hell, we can put rovers on Mars! Yet we can't figure out a way to get an effective voting system?

This is the game politians love.

Question Is it over yet?

Yep, I voted after work yesterday. BeeLo is right about one thing. Nothing makes either party happier than to be able to call in the teams of lawyers to contest anything that doesn't go their way. Last time Florida. This year it looks like its Ohio's turn in the crapper. I'm just glad this whole thing is over. We've got 4 years 'till the next mess. Think they'll resolve any of the voting B.S. by then? Or maybe standardize the process? Somehow, I really doubt it. Too many lawyers have their claws in it too deep at this point. Anyway, it's time to put all this political bickering to rest. Our real concern now should be with our troops who are in harms way. Its time to stand behind these brave men and women and give them 100% of our support. They deserve no less than that from us.

Well, it's all over. Kerry conceded, and Bush is re-elected. Let's see what he does with 4 more years.
