The white stuff...and lots of it
We got about 8 inches in Philly and it's still coming down.
I narrowly escaped 3 major accidents yesterday...put a pretty good scare into me. Everybody stay safe and warm. Later.

YUEUOCK!!!
I'm here in Michigan-yeah-the refrigerator that sticks up in between the two icewater lakes- and it is just like it is supposed to be right now. Cold, wet, freezing, icey, ugly, snowy, miserable and DEPRESSING! I yatter a little on our HOG site and have even become weary with that just 'cuz I can't stand sittin' in the house. I wish there was some way to counterbalance the absolute splendor of the breathtakingly beautiful Michigan summer with this rotten, depressingly crappy, dreary, boring winter! Maybe I should look south? Summer there is to damned hot but summer only lasts about three months and compared to this six or eight month winter thing that is not long. This is hard on a person who wants-no-needs to be In The Wind. Whaddowedo?

In The Wind, hey, what's going on? Long time so see! Sorry about the weather out there. It's just cold as hell here in good ole Iowa. Not much on the ground, that's for sure. Buck up, we are on the back side of winter, and before you know it, you'll be on that scoot In The Wind again!!!!

I DO appreciate the effort towards a morale uplifter there Phat. I have to say tho that for a man who's heart is on a scooter this is a tuff long run-on season. I am greatful tho for the boost-it-up. Oh, yeah, I have just been around. It is good to get back in here, I have visited and quite often. Just didn't yatter any. Grins-ITW

Unfortunately, to get to CT....it looks like it's coming through Philly. That sucks for both of us....we'll just have to wait and see if it really comes down like they said.
Bundle up and get the shovel out....this should be fun.

YEAH, uh-huh, Yupper..."Fun" ?
I would sure not want to hear about your idea of miserable. That would be just to much for me to bear. We are getting hammered as I speak with freezing rain expected this afternoon. I just want it to go-away. I'm not made to sit in a house. It just ain't natural when there is a really cool Harley in the garage that's probably yearning for road time as much as me. Good luck out there in the lovely east. I do LOVE your country -IN THE SUMMER that is. I gotta scooter that way again this year too. My daughter in Maine is getting married out there in July. Maybe that will be a bit warmer than last time in early May. Just listen for the sound of the pipes-that'll be me-it's a Scot's-Irish thing
