Philly has gotten about 4 inches of snow since about 5:30am. I was up for a short run at 5 and there was nothing.....now all the schools have have cancelled and we're expecting about 8 inches before it's all said and done.

Doesn't bother me, I grew up in central PA where 8 inches just meant you had to wear your snow overalls when you walked to school....but here in the city of Brotherly Love...even an inch shuts this place down.

So, I might be around the forums today a little bit more than usual and finally get all those calendar photos up. Don't care how I get threatened....I ain't driving anywhere today. Later.

Hey Bro, It's even cold down here in Texas today...I'm looking at 39 degrees right now at 8:30, supposed to be a high of around 50. Tomorrow it's calling for high of 60 or so with sunny skies, me and a friend are planning on a ride tommorow. When the cold fronts come thru down here all we get is rain, maybe once every7 or 8 years we will get some snow, and even then it doesn't stick to the ground, it just melts as soon as it hits.

FRB, I'd be killing for that. Take 30 degrees off and that's where I'm at. 9 degrees. My boss from Texas is up for the week, and he's freezing!!! Looks like I'll be back down there in the next month or two, so we are gonna have to hook up. We aren't moving, but I'll be down there a lot, so be prepared for your fill of the Phat-Boy over the next few months. Maybe I can finally test ride the Big Dog Pitbull. Been dreaming about that bike since I was down there last. We are gonna hook up again for sure. We need to try out that joint you go to, as well as the Hooters in your area!

cold here too. we got alot of freezing rain yesterday. dismissed the schools at 11am. we dont ever hardly get this stuff much. its no fun.
I guess what really ticks me off is when they call for stuff like this, i dont care if they call for accumalation or not..people rush out to all stores, convenience and grocery stores, and buy up all the milk and bread. so when a person really needs to go grocery shopping or really likes milk (3 gallons a week) they cant find none. i go to 3 different stores today..no milk.
well this stuff is melting today...be back up in the 50s tomorrow, i think, or suppose to be last i heard. i sure will be glad.
