Default Hello

Hey everyone. I am new and excited to be here. I hope to learn alot about motorcycles. A friend of mine just got a pretty sweet bike and I am hoping to do the same soon. I am not an impulse buyer so I am doing my research and will prob. have a lot of questions for everyone. Thanks for having me!

Actually, I have a question for all of you. Is your bike your primary transportation? My car lease is up in June and I am wondering if I even need to get another car. I work in marketing so sometimes I need a car, but I dont mind public transportation and a bike is much cooler!

I have a 98 SUV I drive when I have to bring kids to school and buy groceries
and have a hitch and trailer (cause some of my Crew's bikes have parts fall off and I have to haul them back from long rally trips)
but I bought my bike in june o5*NEW 0 Miles* and have 20423 miles on it I ride it in wet and cold sun and wind, though I can in desert here we dont have snow or ice to worry about! you hit black ice and your pucker factor jumps to 8 real fast!

Pucker Factor= the amount your ******* tightens up in a close call
what is a biker" Some one that gets his *** on his bike and rides!"
unlike a poser=some one that puts on leathers and sits on his in front of the coffee shop(on nice days when its warm)
cars ride THRU the rain
Bikers ride IN it!
