Hi my names Mike i love motorcycles and am restoring a xj650. I have no one to teach me so im learning as i go. This is not the first bike i have fixed but this is the first time ive had this problem. I cannot slide the triple tree off the forks due to this valve in the way, I need to paint the trees and install clip on bars but I cant do this until the trees removed, heres a photo http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=1e579s&s=6
