Default Replacement Cables

I'm in the process of installing a set of Wild 1 Chubby RK II handlebars on my '02 Road King. Has anyone replaced their throttle/idle cables with either HD or other (maybe Barnett) stainless steel braided cables? The main question is regarding the idle or cruise cable. It has a "roll-off" switch incorporated in the cable. I got some HD part numbers from Wild 1's web site for + 4 inch S.S. braided cables. They're going to run me $145.00. I did some looking at Barnett cables, and it looks like I could save some $ by going that route. Anyone have any experience dealing with replacing cables on a bike with EFI and electronic cruise control?

I know Woohoo put some apes on his RK last year, but I think a shop did all the work for him. I don't know man, keep us posted and if you need any help give a holler...I"m off all next week.

Hey, thanks for the offer, Mongo. Still waiting on parts at this time, so I'm kind of at a standstill. So there she sits in the garage with no bars. Not that I'm missing any riding right now. I'll get it figured out eventually. Gonna stop at an independent shop on the way home and pick their brains. I think Woo Hoo's R.K. pre-dates EFI and cruise. It would make my life easier if mine did too!
