What length Springer?

What length Springer?
I just bought a frame and need to know what lenght springer to get. It has 40 degrees of rake, 4" stretch in the backbone and 2" stretch in the down tube. I plan on running a 21" front wheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanx!!!
