Was wondering if anyone has had similiar experience after an accident. Ins co towed bike to salvage yard (before looking at it). I asked for a copy of the inspection...copy confirms inspection done after taken to distant salvage yard and says only "extensive damage to entire body of bike" and that it's a total loss. I've never heard of a professional estimate written officially (ie not an informal oe prelim est) done like that.
