i see where harley sells an add on cruise control for the fl models. is it possible to make this work on a softail model. say a 2002 softail springer fuel injected. thanks springer

 

Personally, I use the throttle adjustment screw on the underside of the housing. You can use your thumb to tighten it and un-tighten it when riding. Kind of a "quasi" cruise.

 

Sorry I haven't posted this earlier SAC just came out with some cool stuff. I have see in the past a whole, electronic cruise control setup for softail, but it involves installation, relocation....basically a mess just for some cruise control.
