I've been checking around and haven't found anything on this. Does anybody even have speculation what it means?

My 'out of the blue' guess would be the start of the next millenium for Harley - probably very wrong. Maybe we should email or call Willie G.

 

I called Harley to find out. Apparently back in the 40's there was a Harley called the Deuce Roadster. It was named after that. That's all anyone knows. Maybe search on the Roadster???
