hey there im new to bikes. i was wanting to get a ktm 450 exc street legal bike, mainly for the road and a bit off-road at my friends farm and stuff. i heard these bikes are mainly for off-road and don't do well on streets. would this bike be fine on roads? mainly short distances (longest would be an hour riding on road) but most of the time 10-15 min trips. also is this L plater friendly? thanks
