Default Sportster Bars and Cables

As Phat Boy is also doing, I also changed my Bars and cables this past week. For any one interested, HD sells a Buckhorn kit for the Sportster, and it comes with pretty much everything you need, except the brake fluid that you will probably need when you bleed your brakes.
The cables that come with this kit(brake, clutch. and throttle) are a little bit longer then stock so that they will reach out farther to your new bars.
YOU WILL HAVE TO DO SOME ELECTRICAL WORK, the wiring to the switches will not reach the new bars, so I had to do some re-wiring, its not to difficult, just time consuming. I was going to finish it yesterday, but my wife got a hold of me and made me do some manual labor, install tile in the bathroom.
Oh well , I just need to adjust the clutch and bleed the brakes and I should be up and running again.
May be later on I will also put some braided llines.

Ride safe everyone!!!!
