I am looking at purchasing a 250cc cruiser. My question is how many kms on the clock is too high to consider in general? I have looked at a coulpe of bikes and one had 80,000 kms which I thought was too much, what do you guys think?

I don't know what the coversion table is for kms to miles but it would still depend on how much they are selling it for.

That bike did some riding to put it mildly. If your heart is set on it make sure the engine got a good seeing to.
