Wheel spokes , where to get ?
What are some good aftermarket parts for wheels, complete setup (hub, spokes and rim).
I've heard that aftermarket stuff particularly the hub and rim can be poor quality.
Anyone have any recomendations ?

Most people go the other way when getting aftermarket wheels, most don't go to spokes. Spoked wheels are nice, however keeping them clean is a pain in the *** and making sure they are all properly adjusted is just as time killing.
Because of the design of spoked wheels, the greater mass is at the rim of the wheel and not at the hub. The rim and hub have to meet safety standards, but the way the spokes are mechanically attached is not regulated. Sure the overall quality of the wheel has to meet regulations, but you can see my point that there are multiple parts...and we know what happens when there are multiple parts. Most people go with spokes for the look, so I'd say go with what you like.
If you are really set on spokes, then the only suggestion I have is to get spoked wheels that are specifically made for tubeless tires. In my opinion tubeless tires are safer and you sure as heck can't patch a tube on the side of the road as opposed to plugging it with a tubeless.

Cleaning laced wheels & adjusting spokes all the time is a real pain. If what you heard is true about the SS spokes being low maintenence, that would eleminate most of the hassles associated with having laced wheels on your bike, especially if you do a lot of long distance riding & rack up the miles quickly. Let us know how they work out for you. I was concidering buying some aftermarket wheels to replace my stock laced wheels. But if using SS spokes will eleminate, or even reduce the amount of maintenence required to keep the wheels clean & true, I may go that route instead.
My question would be what bike? Aftermarket for any sort of supermoto type would be better than OEM. Now customs and chopper stuff might be different. As for spokes, Buchanon's makes spokes of high quality for anything you want. They can build the wheels too.
