whenever i have a passenger on my 03 nitetrain i get a weird noise coming from the primary usually when i let off the throttle and pull in the clutch.i told the write up person at the harley place here in san antonio when i took it in for the 5k serv. but they did nothing about it. there more concerned w/getting you in and out as quickly as they can and charging out the a** for nothing. any help would be great.

 

I would check the obvious first.....do you have proper amount of oil in the primary....check for proper clutch adjustment....and primary chain adjustment.
