Hi Bike Forum community.

Im very glad to be here. I have traveled almost all South America working on a australian motorcycle tour company and some costumers told me about this forum.... so here I am.

Now I have my own; so are you thinking about riding Colombia, SA???

Well, I would like to introduce you my motorcycle tour company in Colombia: www.colombiamototours.com

For now, I have a complete 15 day, 1980mi (3300km) tour that goes through the highlights of this country. My tours includes everything: bikes, accomodation, tour leader, meals, city tours, fuel....... almost everything to make it as easy as getting the ticket to Colombia and that´s it

Hi guys.

Im pleased to inform you that we have now BMW Motorcycles for our clients. You can choose between a GS1200Adv and a F650GS.
Also we count with our preferred Yamaha TDM 900 and Suzuki Vstrom 650 DL.

Additionally, we have new 3-4 day expeditions in Colombia.

Colonial Journey.
Ride back in time to the most beautiful colonial towns of center Colombia.
This is a 3 day tour consisting of 770km (462ml) through colombian history and handicrafts.
From Bogotá we ride through twisted fast roads to Raquira and Villa de Leyva, where handcrafts and architecture will make our day.
Then we go to Barichara, a lovely little town from the 18th century perfect for a calm walk through its cobblestone streets and narrow alleys.
At the end we come back to Bogotá through Boyacá with its wondelful scenery and history.

Coffee Triangle.
Experience Colombia´s aroma riding to the Coffee Triangle by some of the best landscapes of this country.
This is a 3 day tour through 734km (440ml) that takes you from Bogotá to the heart of the Coffee Triangle.
You will be riding on beautiful roads surrounded by coffee and plantain plantations.
After the ride, take an active role in the whole coffee process and then, let Parque Nacional del Café overwhelm you.
At the end we head back to Bogotá completing a circuit you will never forget.

San Agustin Achaeological Park.
From Bogotá, we head 500km (300ml) SW on a spectacular scenery with the archaeology as a side dish.
We offer 3 and 4 day tours through 1070km (642ml) where archaeology and surrounding scenery are the highlights.
San Agustin is famous for its five thousand year old life-sized statues, located in the middle of green hills.
You will have the opportunity to walk arround the archaeological park and also have a horseback ride by the surroundings. In the 4 day tour, we have a 4x4 tour by the natural attractions arround San Agustin, this takes up to 7 hours.
On the last day, we ride back to Bogotá by the same spectacular road.

Colombian Plains.
As we head east away from Bogotá, the jagged, mountainous terrain suddenly drops and flattens out.
At this point, an endless sea of green grasslands is revealed.
Sometimes called the Serengueti of South America, Los Llanos is teeming with wild life; with more than 100 species of mammals and more than 700 species of birds.
