Found this via google, you can get a free Nova Scotia motorcycle tour guide via request if you buy something from these people. Might be worth buying something small to get it:

Nova Scotia
Thanks for the information as I did the same. If you know any one wanting to do Nova Scotia the Portland ferry to Yarmouth is back in action. This saves a day in traveling going both ways. Have a safe riding year. Jim

Hi Jim
Just by chance, I stumbled across this forum today.
We personally know Harold and Wendy, the authors of the "Nova Scotia Motorcycle Tour Guide" and yes, they are free!!
I'd be happy to send you a free copy if you want to send me your mailing address.
Be sure to stop in and say hello to us on your way through. There is a local bike club nearby that has a private campsite, that is second to none and they welcome bikers to stay. Don't quote me but I think the first night is free and then only 5 bucks a night after that, to help pay for the hot water and such.
If you're not into the camping thing, we can recommend a couple of great places to stay.
Too bad it's late August you are coming through. We will be having our 3rd annual "Biker Appreciation Day" on July 22nd this year and that's usually a pretty good time.
The 2nd Wharf Rat Ralley happens the first weekend in September in Digby and from what went down last year, it should be another great time.
But there are numerous ralleys and things to do and great people to meet in Nova Scotia anytime you roll through.
We'll be looking forward to showing you some good ol maritime hospitality.
Hell......why don't you all ride on up to Nova Scotia, We'll have a party!!
