Hope you enjoy the day. Here in philly the weather is perfect. Unfortunately, I got to finish my little project before i can hit the road. Should only take about and hour...and after that I'm heading out to the country for some easy ridin'. Take care all.

Default Yeah, I get it...

yer just rubbing it in a little, eh? It would be nice had I established my life in sime place that didn't just freeze over and come to a screeching halt for seven months or more. Well...if I wanna ride I just gotta wear a lot of clothes and hunker down to the reality that it will be cold most of the time. I would sure as death move if I could get my best half to consent to the possibility that life has more to offer than ice. Whaddya do???-Dan

Default riding

Hey Wind, just a note to make you feel better that we are riding and you still have ice and snow. living in north west Arkansas we do have more or less a riding season that lasts all year. Except for a few weeks around January an early Feuary if you dress warm you can ride year around. And also as I am retired it is easy to pick the days that are nice to go riding when ever I want to. It might help that according to my old lady a little crazy helps also. She is a warm weather rider likes the temps to be at least the upper 60's but has no problem with me riding any where or any time I want. I guess this comes from training her for the last 42 years. LOL
Later we are going riding.

Default Betty Lou's gettin' out tonight...

So to speak. We had a real nice ride day today at least by Michigan standards. It was over 38 and the sun was not one bit shy, it was making shadows and everything!! I am truly happy for all you guys who can ride as you please. I kid around a bit and do dream of when I can go to where it is warm and ride all I like but I am happy that someone somewhere can ride as the need to be in the wind arises. Happy Easter to all ya'll and Good Ridin'!!-ITW

PS-the thought of movin' south is NOT out of the question by any means. I appreciate the hospitality and the courage required to invite a cranky old sort like me to your ridin' weather!! Enjoy it for me till I can get there!
