Is your virus scanner up to date? If not, download the new updates and run a full scan. Also, download a program to eliminate spyware - I recommend one called Ad Aware. Just do a search on the term and it will take you to the download page.

There is a website called Computer Cops. It is run by a bunch of computer geeks and they will walk you through a step by step process that will ensure your computer is free and clear. Just start a post describing your problems and they'll take care of the rest.

Angry thanks

00thanks yalll are the best. however, i did end up restoring the whole computer. i will go ahead though and check out the spy and ad ware and the computer geek sites, i so much appreciate the help. sorry i havent been on line, but it got so bad, i couldnt do anything but to go ahead and reformat.
still having a few tiny problems that im dealing with. hubby had cofffee sitting on top of computer, i bumped into it, knocked it off on the keyboard and certain letters stick, and backspace doesnt work at all. i can get past this though. also been a really screwed up last 2 weeks.
I tore a tendon in my back. due to my accident last year i tend to shift all weight to left side which is good side, somehow by doing this i tore a tendon.i was in serious pain for a couple weeks, went through sixty muscle relaxers in 2 weeks cause doc thought it was a pulled muscle. after learningmy main diet consisted of the muscle relaxers he finally sent me for xrays. tendon tore in middle half inflammed pushing against my spine making me feel as if back was breaking, the other half inflammed against nerve endings to good leg, which made that leg hurt severly and to the point i had to shift all weight back to bad leg whihc caused bad leg to go fing sore as hell. i ended back up on my crutches and on steriods at the moment for the inflammation and painpills. im getting over it a tad now. oh well thats life .
see ya later, i will catch up on my reading in the next couople of days.

glad to hear things are doing some better ,
steroids, yea, be careful on those.
As far as the virus program
you can use AVG the free version, works great here and I update it about every other day .
