So work sends me to Lake of the Ozarks for a trade show. I have to golf 18 holes on Monday, and present at the show for 3 hours on Tuesday. Hard work!! Been there since last Saturday, thus explaining my absence, and string of recent posts. Had to rent a van to carry all my show gear, so no scoot along for the journey. Bummer, there are some windy roads and beautiful scenery down there. There are a lot of bikes down there, but no Dealership, or descent bike shops. That amazes me. I can't believe somewhere like Lake of the Ozarks doesn't have a dealership. Couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting a boat dealership though. Anyhow, if you make it down there, there is some nice riding, but don't stay at the Lodge of the Four Seasons!!! Dump!

Sounds like someone should start a Harley type shop there. If only one had the funds to back a venture like that. Doing what we enjoy doing.

I've wanted a bike shop for years. Had an opportunity to work at one a month back, but we are eyeballing some property to build a house on, and I couldn't take the pay cut. I would have figured a sales position would have paid better. Anyhow, I'd love to, but now's not my time.
