Default Where is everyone???

Everyone must be out enjoying the spring weather, cause it sure is quiet in here! Only the bike-less remain.

Wassup with everyone? The wife and I looked at a new house last night. Might put an offer in, it's a cool place. Pondering that and planning on riding the 4 wheelers this weekend. Doing some grilling. The weather is awesome!!!

I just came into here preparing to post the same thing... pretty quiet in here lately.

I've been getting some chilly riding in (mostly the sixxer). Big fun this weekend, scraping and painting the house. oh joy.

good luck on the house dealy P-B

Thanks man. If I were there I'd give ya a hand. I've done that before, not fun work. If you have a power washer, use that first, get's a lot of it off!

I have nothing nice to say....so I've been quiet. If I post anything it's going to turn into a rant about the government in one way or another.

Amen on enjoying the weather. It's high 70's, low 80's here in North Texas. Excellent riding weather if you can take 20-30 mph winds. Not bad though. Good news, I installed a manual petcock in-line with the tank petcock and haven't had gas leakage for about a week now. Got the bike out this past weekend and have been riding like I own the road. The bike is running great. Hey WooHoo, check into the vinyl siding. It cuts out the need for painting and you can enjoy more sports on T.V. I bet PHAT-BOY would hold and/or drink your beer and supervise for you if he could help, that way you wouldn't have to worry about spilling any. Mongo, I think it's time the the AMERICAN PEOPLE take this country back starting with the government and then sending everyone else packin' if they don't agree with our ways and standards. I say bring all our guys and ladies home and protect the MOTHERLAND and see if these little countries can make it on their own for awhile. I just thought I'd get you started.

I am in Baghdad Iraq keeping it real. It is great ridding weather here, but still very bad ridding conditions. It seems that the local cars keep blowing up. They must have had some quality control issues during the Sadam days. I guess the cars are kind of like Ford Pintos. It’s the damdest thing. Three blew up yesterday. Also it seems like people want to kill me. When I go out I wear body armor, a helmet, and carry a lot of ammo. Now helmet laws just don’t seem like a big deal. I might get out of this line of work for a while in May. If so I will be doing some ridding this summer. Now lets get to the political talk. Where are all the dam liberals?

Trying to get my business off the ground. Drove my V-rod to its new resting place for the summer. Damn, I'm gonna miss it......

Still fighting with WIX about their oil filter part numbers for my bike. They insist they took care of the problem, yet the same oil filter that didn't fit my bike last year is still the one they say works. Ironincally enough, the filter that does fit also fits the new GM Denali's and such....

not much riding going on here, still in the 20's in the morning,
and lots of work at work,
so only on the weekend for me, after the sun comes up and warms things,
better get the bike inspected today before the end of the month gets here,

i do check in from time to time, not much pc time any more, due to work and all this spring stuff, yard work etc,
soon to be mowing the never ending yard that always grows like hell,
enjoy the weekend........... later .......... :-)

Work, kid's sports, work, kid's sports, work, you get the picture. The weather here in the northeast has been perfect, FINALLY! getting lots of riding time in though. Got a nice 75 mile ride in yesterday before I had to go to......... yup, work. Now here I am, back at work. No bike today as I left the house at 0430, and the friggin' deer are everywhere at that hour, plus I'm still half asleep. Gonna be beautiful today and tomorrow looks even better. The trees are starting to flower and green up, and I'm sooooo happy this F'in winter is DONE! Only downside is what was already said by Tom. Now the neverending lawn mowing season starts. Never should have fertilized that damn thing!

Managed to get in a short ride Saturday then had to get back with the yardwork. We had alot of rain this season in No.Calif and I started the seasonal lawn mowing in February this time. We're having our ABATE rally this morning at the State Capitol and can't find anything mentioned in the local newspaper or on the networks. I see a possible positive in these outrageous gas prices, paid $2.75 on Sat, maybe it'll get a few of those SOOV"s sitting in their driveways instead of sitting on the hi-ways with cell phones growing out of the drivers ears. Thats it for this thread killing rant this morning.

sure was a nice weekend in CT. got my scraping and painting started. at the pace i'm going it will probably be an all summer project. there's too many other things to keep me busy... two jobs, staying fit, other house work etc. oh ya, and drinking. i have a great idea, how about a BikerForums Rally at my house... bring your painting clothes! chuckle.

Junkyard, I'll pick you up along the way....Beelo...meet us there. Woohoo get 12 cases...yes 12 cases of beer - lots of paint, a couple brushes, a stack of pizza, and put an add in the paper that "Playboy" will be interviewing at your house. Then we'll paint your house. I figure it will only take until about June.

I'm dyin. I don't think I'd want to see my house painted under these circumstances. But then I probably wouldn't care after the first case was consumed.

No love on the miles eh Mongo, I can't blame ya. I wouldn't give mine away either. I hate flying anyhow.

The CB350 from IA to your hood. Hmmmm, I'll have to ponder that. I have a feeling we wouldn't quite make it. Would be some old skool fun though.
