Default Hello from East Tennessee!

Hello, Ijust found this site last night. I have replied to two post, one from 2002 and one from 2003. I'm off to a flying start. I live in east Tennessee home of some of the best roads in the south. I ride a 2001 FXSTI that has had many changes. I have 7 seats,4 sissybars, 6 sets of bars, 2 complete front ends etc. I'm still trying to decide what I want it to be. Anyone need parts?

That's ******* wild....

Have you ever thought about getting tested for A.D.D. ???

truant, I gotta say you've had one of the best beginnings on these forums. Now that we all know what year it is....welcome to BikerForums. Seriously, you gave me a good laugh and I'm sure you'll like it here. Anybody that can laugh at themselves is alright in my books.

Geesh, I figured I'd wait until everyone figured out what year it was before I posted. Welcome to the site. Looks like you are already digging in. You've already managed to make Mongo laugh, so you're off to a good start.

I'm laughing about all the seat and bar configs. You sound like me. I bought my Road King and had buyer's remorse soon after. Hated it. 3 bars and 3 seats later with uncomfortable bars (apes) and a low hard-as-a-rock seat and lowering kit that makes it ride like a rigid I love it. Welcome!

Hey! Welcome to the forum truant.

Hmmm, sounds like you're only a few parts short of having 6 more bikes. Definately think you're A.D.D. but whats wrong with that?

Post a pic to the garage if you hadn't already.

Welcome Truant. I live in West TN. Don’t make a lot of mistakes on here. I don’t want the people on this board to think all of the people in TN are stupid. Take Care and Be Safe.

Smile parts anyone?

If your like the rest of us... those parts arent gonna go anywhere... except maybe in trade for somethin ya really want! I have a garage full of **** that I have accumulated from my differient bikes over the last 35 years... **** I even have paper gasket sets that would crumble if a human hand touched em... ohhh I hate cleaning out my garage... guess one could say I am a pack rat when it comes to letting go of cherished bike parts...
Chessie

Oh and welcome to the boards... I can see the fun is gonna pick up in here again!

I just sold every spare part I had on Ebay. Felt so good to clean out the garage. Those parts from old bikes never end up getting used. My new code is this: If I haven't touched it in two years... out the door.

I think you are just short of Orange County Choppers inventory... I am just purchasing a new bike....I don't need anything yet in the year 2005.
