Hi from DC
Just a quick note of introduction...
I'm Beth. I have been riding for 3+ years - starting on a V-Star, moving to an 883 Sporty and working my way up to a 2004 Heritage Classic that I inherited (put 3,500 miles on it in 2.5 months); still ride the Sporty once in a while.
My best riding buddy is Tiger (1.5 year old Papillon). He has been riding for a full year - always with goggles, the helmet is still being tested for comfort.
We do a lot of riding with the local HOG chapter, but would love to branch out and meet other riders in the area. I also need to learn to do the service on my bikes - taking them in to the local shop is a real bummer; too much time away from good riding!

Welcome to BikerForums - sorry to hear you're from the DC area....just kidding! I lived down there for 2 1/2 years both in Alexandria and out in Fairfax.
