Hi and I need some help... I bought a bike off ebay that has a florida "certificate of distruction" because the insurance company had to pay a claim...there is nothing wrong with the bike. Az will not title the bike.. what do I need to do to get this bike titled?? I heard that if I change a major component EI trans with a mso that I can get a reconstructed title issued.
